Each of the pre-movie viewing assignments videos are available in English, Chinese, Russian, Hindi and Spanish as well as a version for those with Impaired hearing. You only need to view your preferred language versions.
In order to be able to participate and co-create TRANSFIGURATION the movie, it is IMPERATIVE that YOU have CAREFULLY viewed EACH of the FOUR pre-movie youtube videos beforehand.
That's a little unusual, but quite simply you cannot participate or co-create TRANSFIGURATION the movie without having carefully viewed ALL the pre-movie videos and, you will not be able to make up those viewings later once our movie starts. The pre-movie viewing assignments are not merely introductory or background, on the contray this movie and your participation in it is designed to begin the moment you view the pre-movie videos assignments. Both the individual and collective results realised during the movie, when taken together, is what delivers TRANSFIGURATION the movie to you. These results begin prior to the opening titles with the results you produce for yourself out of viewing the pre-movie videos.
In order to deliver this unique movie from your participation and co-creation of the movie, you must have completed the part of the movie that is constituted in the pre-movie viewing assignments. It simply WON'T work for YOU if at the start of the movie you have missed the beginning of the movie that is contained in the pre-movie viewing assignments. If you were to view our movie without having viewed yourself the FOUR pre-movie videos, you would be attempting to follow the movie having entered in the middle of the movie having missed the first half of the movie that we assert is contained in those pre-movie videos.
Moreover, experience tells us that even one single participant who has failed to complete the first section of the movie that is contained in the pre-movie viewings becomes a hindrance during the main feature – an obstacle for other participants and co-creators in their mastering the material being presented. The few who have not viewed for themselves the pre-movie videos stand out as ill-prepared, and also as a "STOP" for others. (Please don't spoil the movie for others and the opportunity to make a better world for all!!)
The material in the first part of the TRANSFIGURATION will be based entirely on the pre-movie material, the FOUR pre-movie viewing assignments must be completed by each participant before our TRANSFIGURATION movie starts.
As you watch the videos, which you will enjoy, please do make notes about your questions, comments, and any insights you may have about yourself or motherhood, and join our Discussion Forums, also have any questions or notes with you at the start of the movie.
We cannot overemphasize the importance of actually FULLY engaging with the material in the pre-movie viewing assignments before we can reveal and allow you to show up for TRANSFIGURATION the Movie and participate fully.
To say the foregoing as bluntly as possible, you should not attend TRANSFIGURATION the movie if you have NOT carefully viewed the pre-movie videos beforehand.
The earlier you complete the pre-movie viewing assignments before the movie, the more VALUE you will have realised from what you’ve watched, some of which will be quite counter-intuitive for you, we strongly suggest that you start the viewing right away and invite your friends to also view the videos. Those who complete the pre-movie viewings early have provided themselves with a distinct advantage in the movie itself and therefore a more important and significant and central ROLE.
Please view the FOUR pre-movie viewing assignments in the following order.

3. No Access (Perceptual Constraints and Functional Constraints).

Having view each pre-movie video, whilst not essential we ask you bring the pre-movie video to the attention of at least one other so that they can view the pre-movie video assignments for themselves.
1. Conception to Birth. - Crucible Experience

This video is the FIRST pre-movie introduction assignment video to an innovative and experimental movie which provides access to being mother and motherhood in relation to others developed by us. The title of the movie is: “TRANSFIGURATION" the objective of the movie is to leave the audience actually 'BEING MOTHERS and exercising good MOTHERHOOD' effectively in relation to both themselves and others, and for the movie to contribute and be the cause in co-creating a NEWOPTIMALWORLD or GLOBAL HUMAN CONSCIOUSNESS TRANSFIGURATION.
This video as the first pre-movie viewing assignment both introduces our movie and the ontological access model as well as dealing with what needs to be removed in order to access the being of being mother and the excercise of good motherhood in relation to yourself and others.
Secondly we introduce the concept of the "crucible experience".
THE "CRUCIBLE EXPERIENCE"

“Everyone is tested by life, but only a few extract strength and wisdom from their most trying experiences. They’re the ones we call leaders. (p. 2)
In interviewing more than 40 top leaders in business and the public sector over the past three years, we were surprised to find that all of them – young and old – were able to point to intense, often traumatic, always unplanned experiences that had transformed them and had become the sources of their distinctiveleadership abilities. We came to call the experiences that shape leaders “crucibles,” after the vessels medieval alchemists used in their attempts to turn base metals into gold. For the leaders we interviewed, the crucible experience was a trial and a test, a point of deep self-reflection that forced them to question who they were and what mattered to them. It required them to examine their values, question their assumptions, hone their judgment. And, invariably, they emerged from the crucible stronger and more sure of themselves and their purpose – changed in some fundamental way. (p. 3)
Extraordinary leaders find meaning in – and learn from – the most negative events. Like phoenixes rising from the ashes, they emerge from adversity

Crucibles force leaders into deep self-reflection (p. 1)
Some crucibles are violent and life-threatening (encounters with prejudice,illness) … (p. 1)
Fortunately, not all crucible experiences are traumatic. In fact, they can involve a positive, if deeply challenging, experience such as having a demanding boss or mentor. Judge Nathaniel R. Jones of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, for instance, attributes much of his success to his interaction with a
splendid mentor. That mentor was J. Maynard Dickerson, a successful attorney – the first black city prosecutor in the United States – and editor of a local African-American newspaper. (p. 7)
Leadership crucibles can take many forms. Some are … episodes of selfdoubt.(p. 3)
A crucible is, by definition, a transformative experience through which an individual comes to a new or an altered sense of identity. (p. 3)
All of our interview subjects described their crucibles as opportunities for reinvention – for taking stock of their lives and finding meaning in circumstances many people would see as daunting and potentially incapacitating. In the extreme, this capacity for reinvention comes to resemble eternal youth – a kind of vigor, openness, and an enduring capacity for wonder that is the antithesis of stereotyped old age. (p. 6)
… this quality, this delight in lifelong learning, which every leader we interviewed displayed, regardless of age. To a person, they were full of energy, curiosity, and confidence that the world is a place of wonders spread before them like an endless feast. (p. 6)

As we see from the collection of excerpts from the article “Crucibles of Leadership” by Bennis and Thomas, “crucible experiences” when dealt with authentically result in the “transformative experience” that is the genesis of being a leader and also equally relevant to "BEING A MOTHER".
In our movie, game and teaching, you will be provided with structured opportunities for self-reflection that are designed to result in these transformative experiences. If you deal with these opportunities authentically, you will produce for yourself the experiences that are the genesis of being a MOTHER.

4. Authentic Compassion - Integrity (conceptual)
The FOURTH pre-movie viewing assignment looks at the relation between integrity and the three virtuous phenomena of morality, compassion and legality, this new model: 1) encompasses all terms in one consistent theory, 2) makes clear and unambiguous the “moral compasses” potentially available in each of the three virtuous phenomena, and 3) by revealing the relation between honoring the standards of the phenomena and performance (including being complete as a person and the quality of life), raises the likelihood that the now clear moral compasses can actually shape human behavior.
